When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed the same day they are placed. Please note that it may take extra time during holidays.


How long is Shipping?

Shipping can take 5-15 days within the US (after processing) and 2-6 weeks for international orders. Tracking information is available after 3-5 days of purchasing the product, and it should be sent straight to your email. If you don't receive an email, contact us!

Note: Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or P.O. boxes may take longer to arrive. Peak seasons may also impact shipping times.


What is Insured Prioritized Shipping?

We fulfill tons of orders per day. The Insured Prioritized Shipping option means that you'll be able to get your order processed and shipped out before other orders. (Faster shipping is not included)


Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
